Payment: 50% deposit upfront, balance due upon delivery of service.

No refunds after confirmation of service(s) rendered.

  • 72 hour turnaround from date of purchase to deliver service.

TO BOOK AN IN-PERSON WORKSHOP/SERVICE(S) CLIENT’S OFFICE/BUSINESS ADDRESS MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN A 50 MILE RADIUS OF CITY TOWN CENTER II BUILDING (BANK OF AMERICA TOWER) IN DOWNTOWN FORT WORTH, TEXAS.

  • ANY IN-PERSON WORKSHOPS OR SERVICES WILL REQUIRE PAID TRAVEL EXPENSES WHICH WILL BE HANDLED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS.

  • IN THE EVENT AN IN-PERSON WORKSHOP/SERVICE(S) IS BOOKED AND THE CLIENT DOES NOT INTEND TO PAY FOR TRAVEL EXPENSES, THEY CAN CHOOSE FROM TWO AVAILABLE OPTIONS AFTER BOOKING ONLINE:

  1. SWITCH TO A VIRTUAL WORKSHOP AND PAY THE REMAINING AMOUNT ONLINE AS OUTLINED PER THEIR CHOSEN WORKSHOP/SERVICE(S)

    OR

  2. CANCEL THEIR WORKSHIP OR SERVICE(S) AND RECEIVE A REFUND OF THEIR ENTIRE DEPOSIT
