There's a structure to staying in front of someone without becoming the person they dodge. Most follow-up doesn't have one. It's the same email every few days until either they buy or you quietly give up, and neither of you could say when that happened.

Together we'll build a sequence that tapers. Heavy at the front while they still remember talking to you, thinner as it cools, rotating between call, text and email instead of hammering one channel. It moves around the clock too, because somebody who never picks up at nine in the morning might pick up at half past twelve.

The part that matters most is that it ends. There's a final touch with a date on it, so dead leads leave your pipeline instead of sitting in it looking like activity.

Good for anyone whose sales cycle runs longer than a single conversation.

Refunds. Cancel before the work starts and you get back everything you’ve paid. Once the work has been delivered, it isn’t refunded.

Before we start. Every service begins with a free fifteen-minute call, so we agree on exactly what you’re getting before any work begins.

Delivery. Delivered within 72 hours of our fifteen-minute call.

In person or virtual. Virtual anywhere. In person at no extra charge if your office is within fifty miles of downtown Fort Worth. Past fifty miles I’ll still come to you, with travel agreed in writing and paid in advance. If you’d rather not cover travel, switch to virtual or cancel, and you get back everything you’ve paid.
