Payment. Pay in full at checkout, or pay half as a deposit and the balance is charged automatically fourteen days after purchase.

Refunds. Cancel before the work starts and you get back everything you’ve paid. Once the work has been delivered, it isn’t refunded.

Before we start. Every service begins with a free fifteen-minute call, so we agree on exactly what you’re getting before any work begins.

Delivery. One hour, up to ten people, scheduled within fourteen days of purchase on the date and time we set on the fifteen-minute call.

In person or virtual. Virtual anywhere. In person at no extra charge if your office is within fifty miles of downtown Fort Worth. Past fifty miles I’ll still come to you, with travel agreed in writing and paid in advance. If you’d rather not cover travel, switch to virtual or cancel, and you get back everything you’ve paid.
