You get the core session first, then Script Analysis on what they're saying now, Workday Segmentation so those calls have somewhere to live, and an hour of Group Role Playing to drill it while it's still fresh. Those four bought separately run $1,850. Together they're $1,500.

Payment. Pay in full at checkout, or pay half as a deposit and the balance is charged automatically fourteen days after purchase.

Refunds. Cancel before the work starts and you get back everything you’ve paid. Once the work has been delivered, it isn’t refunded.

Before we start. Every service begins with a free fifteen-minute call, so we agree on exactly what you’re getting before any work begins.

Delivery. The workshop runs one to two hours, with up to fifteen extra minutes to finish whatever we’re on, and is booked at least seven days out. The hour of role play follows it the same day and can’t be rescheduled. Script analysis and the workday structure are delivered within 48 hours of the workshop.

In person or virtual. Virtual anywhere. In person at no extra charge if your office is within fifty miles of downtown Fort Worth. Past fifty miles I’ll still come to you, with travel agreed in writing and paid in advance. If you’d rather not cover travel, switch to virtual or cancel, and you get back everything you’ve paid.
