Script Writing

After analysis, I write 2-3 fresh scripts, each with their own objective, customized to you.

Unlike the cookie-cutter stuff out there, this draws from listening first—that approach allowed me to consistently rank in the top 5 among my peers during my career from door-to-door sales to luxury real estate. Although it was usually two completely different types of people I was talking to – remember “some people want to know how the watch works, others simply want to know what time it is”.

Great for teams dealing with varied clients. Keeps things simple and effective.

To be clear, the purpose of this service is to identify gaps and offer ideas to improve communication throughout the sales process. I will be looking at it from the perspective of both the salesperson and prospect to make suggestions.

  • I will review current scripts and rewrite them based on my unique approach that will set yourself apart from the rest.

  • I am simply offering advice based on real-world experience where I have seen positive results.

  • The purchase of this service by a client does not come with any guarantees and there is no requirement to take my suggestions.

Service can be performed virtually or in-person.

Payment: 50% deposit upfront, balance due upon delivery of service.

No refunds after confirmation of service(s) rendered.

I have done my best to set expectations for each Workshop or service(s) provided and we will discuss this in further detail during our Initial Consultation.

Delivery of service is detailed below:

Script Writing

  • Maximum of 3 scripts written; $250 per extra script.

  • Requires 15 minute initial consultation before service is delivered.

  • 72 hour turnaround from date of purchase to deliver service.

TO BOOK AN IN-PERSON WORKSHOP OR SERVICE(S) CLIENT’S OFFICE/BUSINESS ADDRESS MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN A 50 MILE RADIUS OF CITY TOWN CENTER II BUILDING (BANK OF AMERICA TOWER) IN DOWNTOWN FORT WORTH, TEXAS.

  • ANY IN-PERSON WORKSHOP OR SERVICE(S) WILL REQUIRE PAID TRAVEL EXPENSES WHICH WILL BE HANDLED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS.

  • IN THE EVENT AN IN-PERSON WORKSHOP/SERVICE(S) IS BOOKED AND THE CLIENT DOES NOT INTEND TO PAY FOR TRAVEL EXPENSES, THEY CAN CHOOSE FROM TWO AVAILABLE OPTIONS AFTER BOOKING ONLINE:

  1. SWITCH TO A VIRTUAL WORKSHOP OR SERVICE(S) AND PAY THE REMAINING AMOUNT ONLINE AS OUTLINED PER THEIR CHOSEN WORKSHOP/SERVICE(S)

    OR

  2. CANCEL THEIR WORKSHIP OR SERVICE(S) AND RECEIVE A REFUND OF THEIR ENTIRE DEPOSIT
